VCN – This was the information released by China at the meeting for a discussion between competent forces of Lang Son province and the Economic Zone Authority of Youyi Guan, Pingxiang (China) on June 23.
The Economic Zone Authority of Youyi Guan said the unit has reported to the leader and will recover cargo clearance activities of import and export goods at sub-border gates of Binh Nghi – Ping’er Guan, Na Hinh – Yingyang, Po Nhung- Zha Men Ai in the near future. The Chinese side also asked Vietnam to notify goods owners to well prepare so that when the official announcement is released, it will run immediately.

The People’s Committee of Lang Son province said the recovery of import and export activities at sub-border gates of Binh Nghi – Ping’er Guan, Na Hinh – Yingyang, Po Nhung- Zha Men Ai, the Prime Minister agreed to reopen these sub-border gates so the recovery of customs clearance activities would meet the demand of trading goods between border residents and enterprises of the two countries. Therefore, the People’s Committee of Lang Son Province requested forces and enterprises operating yards to be well-prepared to ensure pandemic prevention and facilitate the cargo clearance in accordance with regulations.
The People’s Committee of Lang Son also assigned Lang Son Health Department to work with relevant authorities and units to organise the inspection of Covid-19 prevention in border areas.
Lang Son Customs Department and Lang Son Border Defence force should direct Customs-Border Defence units to prepare for implementing cargo clearance immediately after the Chinese agree.
